Most people will view strength training of the body and strengthening of the mind as opposing pastimes. In reality the body and the mind work hand in hand to create the entire package of wellness. It is essential to have a mind/body/spirit connection and by incorporating meditation, physical activity, healthy eating and creativity in a daily life style, is crucial for continual growth and happiness.
